SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS:

To ensure sufficient coverage and account for waste and offcuts, we recommend ordering an additional 10% for regular ceilings or 15% – 20% for irregularly shaped ceilings. Our knowledgeable team is available to assist you in determining the required quantity.

For a polished finish, consider planning the edges of your ceiling. Leave the raw edges untouched for a minimalist look or enhance them with filler tiles or elegant crown moldings.

Installation:
Our 8222 Faux Tin Tiles can be installed by drop in or glue up method. The glue up installation method requires adhesive, a foam roller, and a sharp tool for trimming the tiles as needed. For more detailed instructions, visit our installation page. Once the installation is complete, there will be no need for any further treatments.

Tile Care:
These tiles are wonderfully maintenance free and, if you want to clean them, you need only use water and a cloth. Gentle soaps can be used if necessary, but abrasives and strong chemicals should be avoided. Use of such products will result in distortion and discoloration.
Direct sunlight will cause fading and weaken the structural integrity of these tiles. For this reason, they are best installed indoors or used on closed patios.
