An Aged Silver Living Room Ceiling in Grand Rapids, OH With TD22 Rustic Faux Tin Ceiling Tiles

A flat white ceiling is easy to forget. This Grand Rapids, OH homeowner wanted theirs to be the first thing you notice, so the whole living room ceiling was covered in our TD22 Rustic Faux Tin Ceiling Tiles in Aged Silver. Each tile has a raised medieval pattern of scrolls, fleur-de-lis corners and a round medallion in the middle, and the dark silver finish picks out every curve.

The tiles run wall to wall and stop at a crisp white crown molding, which frames the pattern like a border. Grey walls, white window trim and a black caged ceiling fan keep the rest of the room simple, so the ceiling does the talking. In the wider shot you can see how the metallic texture catches daylight from the windows and the glow of a white Christmas tree below. Want more ideas for the main room of the house?
