Returning merchandise is always inconvenient, expensive and no fun for any party involved. That is why we are trying to avoid returns by making sure our customers understand what they are ordering right from the beginning.

Please read item descriptions, supporting information and FAQ carefully. We offer unique products and try to provide our customers with most detailed description possible upfront.

  • PVC ceiling tiles and backsplash rolls returns are subject to 25% restocking fee.
  • Styrofoam (Polystyrene) ceiling tiles – returns are subject to 20% restocking fee.
  • Styrofoam (Polystyrene) ceiling planks – returns are subject to 20% restocking fee.
  • 3D wall panels tiles -returns are subject to 20% restocking fee.
  • Faux Wood Beams – returns are subject to 30% restocking fee.
  • Styro Pro adhesive – returns are subject to 20% restocking fee.
  • Orders of up to 5 tiles/panels or less are considered sample order and are not refundable.
  • PVC ceiling tiles with – Special Order mark after the color name – are not eligible for return or refund.  

Building Code Compliance

It is the responsibility of the purchaser, contractor, designer, or property owner to verify that the selected materials comply with all applicable local building codes, fire regulations, and inspection requirements prior to installation. Talissa Decor Inc. cannot guarantee that any product will be accepted by a specific inspector, municipality, or jurisdiction.  

Installed Products

Products that have been installed, partially installed, modified, painted, glued, cut, or otherwise used cannot be returned under any circumstances. Once installation begins, the product is considered accepted by the purchaser.  

Product Certifications

Talissa Decor Inc. provides all available product certifications and test reports provided by the manufacturer. No additional certificates, approvals, or documentation beyond what is published or supplied at the time of purchase can be issued or modified upon request.  

 

We will accept return merchandise only within 30 days of customer’s confirmed order delivery date, and the customer is responsible for all order ( including actual shipping charges for “free shipping” orders) and return shipping charges. All returns must be authorized in advance, so please notify the TalissaDecor’s Sales Team about a return. You will receive instructions on where and how to return it. All unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Orders of more than 300 ceiling tiles or items on sale are Final Sale items and not eligible for return and refund.Credits will only be issued to the credit card used for the initial order or to the PayPal account from which we received the payment.
