FT4 – Faux Tin Glue up Ceiling Tile / Edge Filler – These filler tiles are designed to complement the main ceiling tiles, and they are made from the same high-quality PVC. Their beauty and durability are designed to match those of all our other Prestige ceiling tiles. These tiles can be installed using the drop in or glue up installation method, and they can be applied directly to the existing ceiling. A glue up installation requires a few basic supplies such as adhesive, a cutting tool, and a foam roller.

These tiles are both waterproof and temperature resistant. This makes them suitable for use in any room including those with higher levels of humidity. In other words, these tiles can even be used in bathrooms and spas!

Like our other PVC tiles, this model also has a Class A Fire Rating from Intertek Testing Services in the USA. Not only do they help transform your room, but they also improve safety by offering added fire protection.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS:

When ordering your ceiling tiles, we recommend ordering extra tiles to allow for off cuts and waste. This is important both for your main ceiling tiles and fillers. If you are not certain how many tiles you should order, our team will be more than happy to provide professional assistance and advice.

When planning your new ceiling, it’s important to plan both the main and filler tiles. These filler tiles suit a number of other Faux Tin Ceiling Tile designs which makes them an excellent finishing touch. Other options include leaving the edges as they are or adding crown moldings.

Installation:
These tiles can be installed by drop in or glue up installation. They are strong and lightweight which makes them easy to work with. To apply these tiles using the glue up method, you will need adhesive, a foam roller, and a cutting tool. For more details on how to install these filler tiles, visit our instructions page. After installing these tiles, there is no need for any further treatments.

Tile Care:
Once the installation is complete, there is no need for special maintenance. Cleaning requires only water and a cloth. Mild soap can be used whereas harsh chemicals and abrasives should be avoided since they cause discoloration and distortion.
These tiles are suited for indoor use only and closed patios. Exposure to direct sunlight can result in fading and weakened structural integrity.
